If with 'Inside Out 'was not enough, fans of Pixar are in luck because the studio premieres 'The Good Dinosaur' (the first launch two productions in one year), a commitment-laden adventure and tenderness changes fate of dinosaurs based on the idea that never died.
With this initial premise, the story centers on Arlo, a little fearful apatosaurus who must live the adventure of a lifetime on his way back home with the help of a caveman child, who form a friendship in the style of a boy and his pet, but reversing the roles. Peter Sohn directs this production was unchanged in the story and characters to the point that is very different from what they had in mind. For example: it would be a western.
So we confessed his head during the promotional tour for the film before its release.
The project (which opens in Spain as 'Arlo's journey' and 'A great dinosaur' in Latin) was born in 2009 under the leadership of Bob Peterson after the success of his directorial debut with ' Up '. The idea was based on the relationship between a boy and his dog, but in reverse, with dinosaurs as protagonists of history. But after several years developing, Peterson could not tie up loose ends of his idea and so, its co-director and friend, Peter Sohn took over. It had been four years and Peter was less than two to bring up a movie with previously announced release date when Pixar productions take an average of five years of work. He had to do it faster than any other house production restarting story altogether.
