Ramoncín trial for their "real" work in SGAE

The National Court judge today, Wednesday, the singer José Ramón Márquez, alias Ramoncín ', for allegedly charged to the "irregular" or nonexistent obeyed services, General Society of Authors of Spain (SGAE) bills worth 57,402 euros between September 2008 and March 2011, legal sources.
The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor asks the Second Section of the Criminal Division condemning four years and ten months in prison for forgery and musician misappropriation, although proposed as an alternative to pay a fine of 13,924 euros for unfair administration.
The former CEO of the Digital Society of Authors (SDAE), Jose Luis Rodriguez Neri, also sit on the dock, where he will face a prosecution request of four years and ten months in prison for a crime of misappropriation and a falsehood.
The prosecutor José Miguel Alonso calls for the former director of the Legal Services of Pablo Hernandez Arroyo entity sentenced to two years and nine months in prison for misuse or, alternatively, a fine of 40,356 euros for mismanagement appropriation.
It also requests that the former CEO of SGAE and digital subsidiary Enrique Loras is sentenced to two years in prison for misuse or, alternatively, a fine of 20,866 euros for mismanagement appropriation.
'Ramoncín', which last September 19 returned to the stage, has always maintained that the SGAE paid for "real" jobs that were embodied in "valid and legitimate" contracts. In the appeal against prosecution, which has had access Europa Press, it stressed that the bills are justified, were approved by the entity and the income declared to the tax.
