Walt Disney Pictures and Lucasfilm issued the long-awaited long-rumored-and -last trailer for the new movie Star Wars .This film, remember, it is the seventh episode of the series and continues the story 30 years after the events of Return of the Jedi (Richard Marquand, 1983). Moreover, it is the beginning of a new trilogy that will culminate with Episodes VIII and IX , which will arrive in 2017 and 2019, respectively.

The film has already started the presale of tickets and is expected to be a huge blockbuster; many expect to achieve unseat Jurassic Worldas the highest grossing film of the year.

Also remember that this is the first of the films of the saga that is done under the seal of Disney, who took over the franchise in 2012, when George Lucas bought. I leave you with the trailer.

Star Wars: The Awakening Force is directed by JJ Abrams, who also wrote the script with Lawrence Kasdan on a first draft of Michael Arndt; who finally appears credited as screenwriter.

His deal will bring together old friends in the series, Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) -who still be seen - Carrie Fisher (Leia Organa), Harrison Ford (Han Solo), Kenny Baker (R2-D2), Anthony Daniels (C -3PO) and Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), with new additions, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Lupita Nyong'o, Gwendoline Christie, Crystal Clarke, Pip Anderson, Christina Chong, Jessica Henwick and Max von Sydow.

Its premiere in the US and Spain, is scheduled for Dec. 18. Update: We've seen the poster we see in theaters and now  AMC Theatres, shows the artistic poster to accompany the film in IMAX theaters.
