"Game of Thrones" became the big winner of the 67th edition of the Emmy Awards, to achieve 12 awards, including best drama series of the year.
This is the first time the Academy of Television United States presents this award to a fantasy-themed series and also the first time a series won 12 Emmys in the same year.
