Princess Estelle shines in Sweden

Princess Estelle of Sweden - CASA REAL SWEDISH
Princess Estelle of Sweden - CASA REAL SWEDISH
Princess Estelle, second in line to the throne after his mother, Princess Victoria, is the star of one of the commemorative stamps to be issued this year to celebrate the seventieth birthday of his grandfather, King Carl XVI Gustaf Sweden , and the fortieth anniversary of the coronation of queen Silvia, who married the king in June 1976. the series of three stamps entitled Kunliga Jubileer (Jubilee Real) is the work of artist Daniel Bjugård and photographs have been made by Anna-Lenne Alhstrom.
In two of the stamps kings Carlos Gustavo and Silvia roost alone, while the third stamp shows the line of succession to the throne of Sweden, with Estelle smiling in the center of the image with her mother Crown Princess Victoria and his grandfather, king Carl XVI Gustaf. It is, without doubt, one of the most symbolic gifts that little has received the fourth birthday last February 23 while their parents, Princess Victoria and Daniel Westling, eagerly awaiting the birth of her second child will arrive at world in the next two weeks. An event that seems to matter little to Estelle, because, as stated a few months ago Princess Victoria, what really want the girl is to have a hamster.

Family tradition

This is not the first time the image of Princess Estelle is reflected in a stamp of the royal family, because, c on just eighteen months, the princess was also involved in one of the philatelic series created on the occasion of the forty years in the throne of king Carl XVI Gustaf . On that occasion, the artist Mårten Gustafsson made a portrait based on a photograph from a family album in which the same characters appeared with Estelle sitting on the knees of her mother, while her grandfather took her hand.
The Princess Leonor of Spain was also the protagonist of a stamp when he was nine years old. The issue, with a circulation of 310,000 stamps whose value was one euro, "Grand Prix" was titled and released last October with occasion of the first Princess of Asturias Awards since, for thirty-five years, the awards had been granted under the name Prince of Asturias. The daughter of kings appeared portrayed by the photographer Cristina García Rodero with a colorful floral dress on the merits of Campoamor Theater of Oviedo, stage where the ceremony is performed.
His father, King Philip VI also had nine years old when his photograph was used for the first time in a bell to be named heir to the throne of Spain in 1977. The label "Felipe de Borbon was titled. Prince of Asturias. Prince Felipe and Covadonga Basilica. " Its value was five pesetas and he showed the prince with the Basilica of Covadonga in the background and the coat of Asturias in the foreground.

Sarkozy does not pass the detector "black" literary

A Swiss scientist has developed a computer program that scans and detects the false authorship of books and university studies, revealing the quiet existence of ghostwriter, or "ghost writer"; ie, the "black" works for hire, and both the piece, for students, academics, politicians and authors of best sellers. The Swiss company OrphAnalytics already marketing this program, created by Claude-Alain Roten , a professor at the University of Lausanne.
The Haute Ecole de Suisse Occidentale Spécialisée (Hesso) has been one of the first institutions to use ingenuity Roten. The Vice Chancellor of the school, Yves Rey says the experience as follows: "Our goal was to find students who could pay for the writing of some of his work. The program works effectively. "
For its part, the Swiss Radio Television (RTS) has used the same method of detection with two authors and French politicians: the centrist François Bayrou and Nicolas Sarkozy , president of the Republic. And the results have been spectacular. Computer analysis of several books Bayrou easily recognized the unique authorship of these works, confirming a "style" . In published with great success under the signature of Nicolas Sarkozy "different styles" are detected.
The Swiss chain began analyzing the last book of Sarkozy, "France, pour la vie", which has sold more than 100,000 copies in just four weeks. In this work were, in addition to "various styles" recognized terms "of different sources" . Not satisfied with this first result, the RTS subjected to the same analysis to other books signed by the president. And the same result was obtained: all works consulted there are phrases , twists and "styles" of various authors .
Not without a blade of Swiss irony, Claude-Alain Roten, the creator of thesoftware, he says. "Our program does not provide incontrovertible evidence, but it can detect texts that we can describe as" suspicious " For Sarkozy ... each you can judge by yourself . "
A renowned editor, who prefers anonymity, told ABC that "this program already has been used successfully in several literary agencies . It was used, for example, to compare the four works of the "series Millenium ". Quickly detect the unit style of the first three novels written by Stieg Larsson Swedish and a dramatic difference in the style of the fourth and final, signed by David Lagercrantz. Agencies looking "black" to provide services to writers and politicians do not want to publish these stories. It would highlight what best sellers and great works have been written by " black ". "

Mireia Lalaguna refuses the invitation to the Oscars

At the end we can not see Mireia Lalaguna , first Spanish woman to be crowned Miss World on the red carpet at the Oscars on Sunday. The Catalan model had been invited to attend the gala in Los Angeles, but finally his agenda has been modified . It is the Miss World organization that decides where to go Mireia during their year of reign, and priority has been given to charitable commitments that arise every week around the globe. Miss World has as its slogan "beauty with a purpose" and therefore aims to decouple this event tinsel around other events of the same nature.
Since Be Miss Spain confirmed to ABC that Miss World had received the invitation to Mireia was present on the red carpet of the Dolby Theatre, although it was " a proposal more like others that are on the table ; for example, the Cannes Film Festival in May, whose attendance is not confirmed. " Although Mireia Lalaguna has been flattered at the prospect of going to the Oscars, it is clear on its purpose, " Spanish Being, is proud tobear the name of my country wherever you go , but I'm also aware that my work, during my reign, not only sticks to the red carpet, but focuses on humanitarian work to raise funds, and understand that priority be given to such events. "

Rest in Bali

As a representative of Miss World, Lalaguna attended this week to the end of Miss Indonesia 2016 , on Wednesday February 24 was held in Jakarta.Catalan, in addition to crown the new beauty queen of China, returned to coincide with her friend Maria Harfanti , Miss Indonesia 2015 and ranked second in the Miss World contest, which exalted Mireia last December in Sanya (China ). The rest of the week has enjoyed a few days off in Bali, and next Wednesday will fly to Miami to continue with their agenda . It is pending a reception with US President Barack Obama and his wife at the White House.
Born in Barcelona, it aims to finish the race of Pharmacy . The last course studied in the Kovenhavns University of Copenhagen . "I half year absence, but the finish, I do not know if within a year or ten , " said ABC months ago. Among his upcoming projects also include acting classes.Whenever the Miss World agenda allows, Lalaguna wants to continue linked to the world of fashion; She not in vain, began to march when he was 14 years old.
Mireia recognizes that now has to " take care twice ." Stress and long trips throughout the world make watch your diet more and practice more sport. Passionate tennis and paddle tennis, this year will have to sacrifice another of his great passions: go to Camp Nou to watch Barcelona play. By the way, it is tired of denying an alleged relationship with Neymar blaugrana.

Great ladies mourn the death of the Countess of Chinchon

It is difficult to speak of the Countess of Chinchon and not to allude to Goya canvas that dominates the room 37 of the Prado Museum . Oil, 216 by 144 centimeters, immortalizes Infanta Maria Teresa of Spain and Vallabriga , cousin of Carlos IV, Manuel Godoy consort and third Countess of Chinchon . A few days ago he died in Madrid Rosario Herbosch and Huidobro, the seventh countess. Unlike its predecessor, which attracts millions of tourists to the Prado, Rosario was a mystery to the masses .Not so for "society", which was part almost by divine right.
Actually, Rosario Herbosch and Huidobro was, by his marriage to Carlos Ruspoli and Morenés , Duchess of Alcudia, Duchess of Sueca, Countess of Chinchon and Grandee of Spain. But his friends say he had a special affection for the county because it was closely linked to a woman the likes ofInfanta Maria Teresa of Spain , who in turn received it from the hands of his brother, Louis de Bourbon , archbishop of Toledo and Seville Cardinal of Santa Maria della Scala.
Wedding Rosario and Carlos Ruspoli was worthy of kings. They married in 1980 in the palace of Infante Don Luis, this architectural gem that raised Ventura Rodriguez for the Infante Luis Antonio Jaime de Borbón and Farnesio in Boadilla del Monte and remained in the hands of the Ruspoli family, direct descendants of the "prince of the peace "until the 90s of last century.

Admired by all

Rosario, seventh Countess of Chinchon, was the soul of discretion. In his life only he gave an interview to ABC, in the 70s, to talk about what he knew best: the knowledge to be. "I would define as the beautiful elegant way to carry things, getting dressed with the right at all times" he said in a conversation with journalist Blanca Berasategui . "But are not the clothes that make people, but the opposite , " he added. According to the duchess twice, the secret of feminine grace lay "in the movements, gait, in the way they talk ." With that delicacy which she flaunted the admiration and friendship of great women on the national scene as socialites won Isabel Preysler and Cari Lapique , Princess Wanda de Ligne , the designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, the journalist and writer Marta Robles, to name a few.
Many of them came last February 8th Countess's funeral in the Sacramental of San Isidro, in the pantheon of the Dukes of Sueca. He was 72 years old and his death was unexpected. Despite its beauty and distinction, Herbosch never awakened envy among the great ladies with whom he shared evenings and confidences. It was always a guide to their peers females. They say those who knew that it was "the matriarch" between his three sisters: Bethlehem, Olivia and Carmen . And since he had no children, she was also a mother to her seven nephews.

Selling a box

Elegantly discreet, marriage Ruspoli-Herbosch knew to stay away from the spotlight for decades. Until in 1999 they decided to sell the famous painting "The Countess of Chinchon " of Francisco de Goya to a Spanish private collector who was ready to pay 4,000 million pesetas (more than 24 million euros) for this work previously wanted magnates like Armenian Calouste Gulbenkian or the heirs of American J. Paul Getty.
Being a piece category of Cultural Interest, the transaction was notified to the State, which had preemption. He exercised and the work ended up in the Prado. The delivery took place in February 2000. After three administrative lawsuits and administrative appeal, the Aznar government paid off the debt with the Ruspoli in two installments: 2,500 million pesetas (15,025,302.60 euros) in January 2001 and 1,500 million (9,015,181.56 euros) in July of that year.
The owners of "The Countess of Chinchon" (Ruspoli and his brothers) sued the State for the "no respect" conditions of sale of the work and the case went to the Strasbourg Court, which ruled that they had not been harmed with the operation. The statement recalled that the painting was exhibited in a gallery, with what "the general interest of society had been so privileged."And he noted that the plaintiffs "had not borne a disproportionate or undue burden" for the forced sale to the state. After all, Carlos Ruspoli still had to Rosario, his own Countess of Chinchon, who made her walk and talk art.

The discreet 'I do' Beltran Gomez-Acebo and Andrea Pascual

One of the most anticipated family bonds del Rey took place yesterday. The youngest son of the Infanta Dona Pilar, Beltran Gomez-Acebo , married his partner for seven years, Valencia Andrea Pascual . The first images of the link came about noon the two: the bride - accompanied by her mother, Mariel Vicens , and his father, Carlos Pascual , who was driving the car-, came to the residence of the sister of King Juan Carlos in Puerta de Hierro . There awaited them about thirty-five guests (all family and close friends), including King Emeritus.

Data were few knew until yesterday about this wedding, as the bride and groom have tried at all times to go unnoticed . Last Wednesday, the magazine "Hello!" Published the bride would go with a short white dress. Isabel Nunez, costume designer, declined to give any details about the dress this newspaper. As expected, the bride wore a simple but long dress , which combined with spectacular antique diamond earrings and sapphires, owned by her grandmother. Following the latest trends, Pascual opted for a long - sleeved suit. A draped sash dropped a minimally Glued skirt, which protruded a golden sandal.

Pregnancy rumors

Andrea will go very beautiful, she is very natural and has a very refined taste in dress ," sources told this newspaper Pascual environment this week. Although the wedding, as ABC reported over a month ago, was scheduled for spring, the couple has decided to bring forward the ceremony and not wait any longer to be the "yes I do". It was last week when they met the final date of the bond, so some relatives and close friends could not attend the celebration yesterday.
However, following the announcement date, an acquaintance of the bride said she might be pregnant three months. Pascual soon deny this week.Still, the favorite cousin of Don Felipe and his new - woman will soon become parents, something that has ceased to fall Pascual on occasion .
Within those thirty-five guests, the couple have not had Fiona Ferrer , exsocia Pascual, who this week confirmed that it was not invited to the wedding. According to friends of both, Ferrer is ' as a person' 'non grata' 'Andrea '. Not speak for a year, although they worked together in the modeling agency Elite Model and Concep2all, the communications agency that has the former Jaime Polanco Jr . In fact, Andrea and Beltran met in 2009 at the wedding of Fiona and Jaime in Tenerife. After working together for years, they undertook separate professional and personal paths.
Sources close to Gómez-Acebo have commented that the couple could organize a party next summer, the summer residence in the Pascual family has in Cala Deia, Mallorca .

3 Ben Affleck - «Elektra»

Ben Affleck is not very happy with their participation in Elektra, has recognized that it is the only work he regrets having done, but only appeared in a small cameo. The scene spread before the premiere to attract audiences, but never reached the big screen.

4 Marlon Brando - «Superman 2»

Following the success of the first film, the producers thought they did not need the name Brando for the second. To ensure all you would want in the sequel, even fired the director Richard Donner . Finally, Brando himself recorded some scenes, which not gotten to see until version with director 's commentary in 2006. The actor sued the producers for failing to include their material in the final assembly but use his name for the tape.

5 Liam Nesson - 'Hangover 2'

Due to the low of Mel Gibson for the film, Liam Neeson was chosen as a substitute. Although he would only make a small cameo, the director wanted to repeat the scenes later , and Neeson was no longer available , so the role came at the hands of Nick Cassavetes.

6 Terrence Stamp, Keith David and Angela Basset in "Mr. and Mrs. Smith '

The director Doug Liman was not clear how he wanted to focus the film, so I started shooting a lot of scenes. Terrance Stamp and Jacqueline Bisset interpreted a couple of villains, which ultimately did not appear in the film. He decided to repeat those scenes with Keith David and Angela Basset, but Liman concluded that they were not necessary.

7 Andy Garcia - "Dangerous Minds"

Andy Garcia himself acknowledged that his role was totally unnecessary for the film, in fact does not appear in the original script. However, the producers decided it was better to add a love story. Garcia filmed all his scenes with Michelle Pfeiffer, but finally no avail.

8 Ethan Hawke - "Total Recall"

Hawke's participation in the remake of Total Recall was never clear. There were always rumors about what character would play, but ultimately failed to appear in the version that hit theaters. Later, Len Wiseman confirmed that Hawke had the role of Colin Farrell, but in another version . Wiseman thought that would be too confusing and decided to eliminate Hawke in the film.

9 Mickey Rourke in "The Thin Red Line"

Terrence Malick been removed in the editing room enough scenes of his films in which they appeared important actors. In "The Thin Red Line" decided to remove some in acting Gary Oldman, Viggo Mortensen and Billy Bob Thornton. Mickey Rourke acknowledged that his role in the film was the best he had done, but was also a victim of Malick.

"Star Wars" comes to Earth

Disney will allow pilot the "Millennium Falcon" and fight the First Order in its theme parks in California and Florida

" The Star Wars " is preparing to jump off the screen and land in our world. Han himself Solo? Ie Harrison Ford ? has invited fans of the popular film franchise to pilot the famous "Millennium Falcon", the mythical spaceship with which the protagonist plows through interstellar space, which will be one of the main attractions of the area dedicated to " Star Wars " that Disney prepares its theme parks in California and Florida.

The actor moved further details of the project at a special gala broadcast Sunday on ABC on the 60th anniversary of Disneyland, which participated with BB-8 , the spherical robot of the seventh installment of the series. " 'Star Wars' is, for lack of a better word awesome" Ford summed without fanfare lexicons fetched before a devoted audience. "I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to be part of it and walk in these iconic places he continued. And soon you will be able to do well, not in a galaxy far far away, but close to home. "

In the new territories "Star Wars" of both parks, which still lack definitive name and opening date, will not only be possible to get behind the wheel of the fastest ship in the galaxy, but also feel transported to a distant planet where meet androids and aliens, and visit him a street market or a canteen and taste the local produce. You can even fight in an "epic battle" against the assault troops of the First Order.

"For nearly 40 years, we have seen the universe of 'Star Wars' on the screen. Now Disney Imagineering have joined forces with Lucasfilm's imagination to give life to this galaxy , "says the promotional video broadcast during the television event.

Disney's commitment to exploit the success of these films outside cinemas not surprised by the galactic income " Star Wars: the awakening of force " is providing the entertainment giant. Earlier this month it was already over 2,000 million dollars of revenue worldwide, the third highest grossing film in history, behind only " Avatar " and " Titanic ." In fact, it has triggered the accounts of the whole group higher than expected, leading to a total increase of 14% in the first fiscal quarter of 2016 and thus compensating for the not so buoyant results in the television business (especially those of ESPN) chain.

Moreover, its impact offscreen has been proven. The Disney merchandising division increased by 23% thanks precisely to the products of "Star Wars."

Why was boring "Friends" meeting twelve years later?

After a swing of rumors, announcements and denials by actors and crew members of one of the most popular television series of the 90s, finally took place yesterday the meeting of the protagonists of " Friends ". All but one, Matthew Perry , already denied the statement made by NBC , noting that he would not be at the reunion, because he would be working on " The end of longing ", the work that represents the theater Playhouse in London.
However, except Chandler (Perry in fiction), the other actors were Sunday present twelve years after the end of the legendary comedy, on the occasion of special dedicated to James Burrows , responsible for several chapters in "Friends" and one of the most renowned American television. It held that it had reached the prodigious figure of 1,000 episodes recorded on different projects.
There were Jennifer Aniston (Rachel), Courteney Cox (Monica), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe), Matt LeBlanc (Joey) and David Schwimmer (Ross). "We would do anything for Jim Burrows," said Aniston, who added: "We took the opportunity of our lives and probably the best ten years of our career, we willalways remember. We live friendship breakups, babies ... all together. "
After many months of waiting, it is that "nothing happened" and that "the meeting was boring." The audience witnessed "the two most boring hours have been seen on television," said "The Guardian", which stands as one of the few funny moments that occurred when the five were trying to sit on the couch and began making a little dance to find their niche.

The secrets

Such was the friendship that was forged between the cast members from the outset that counted, during the first season were all one day a week to see the chapters that were recorded and given advice.
That led to the presenter of the show, Andy Cohen , encouraged the protagonists to reveal some secrets of those occurring in "Friends" behind the scenes. Lisa Kudrow Burrows said he donated his poker table the actors in the series as an exercise for that were closer. The gift inspired the famous chapter " The Poker ", one of which he directed.

Top Ten animals "deserved" Oscar

Leonardo DiCaprio is not the only 'forgotten' by the Academy. Although this may finally be the year that takes the Oscar, for now the actor is still part of a list in which there are several Hollywood stars, and not just two legs.

In the animal kingdom also found several examples of worthy interpretations of a statuette, but they did not get their recognition. Ignoring the words of Alfred Hitchcock on that of never shooting or with children or animals, the truth is that many classic film feature a four - legged hero as Babe, the brave piggy Toto Wizard of Oz, or the legendary Beethoven.

We then review the list of animals that could well have taken a statuette for his work in film:

1 Babe, the brave little pig

Adorable cat that appears in the film by the Coen brothers Oscar also could have taken. It seems incredible that a cat has been able to endure a trip in arms in the subway in New York.

The legend Oscar Marisa Tomei was by mistake

No one has confirmed, nor disproved, and takes years circulating among film buffs as one of the great conspiracy theories in the history of the statuette

The chronicle of the Oscar ABC  , published on March 31, 1993, read: "The first surprise of the night gave Marisa Tomei , who took the statuette for best supporting actress for ' My Cousin Vinny ' front four strong British actresses. " The ceremony was held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles and any betting pointed to the American interpreter of Italian descent as the winner, which certainly helped that one of the legends generated (never disproved, but not confirmed) Most commented on the history of the award: which ensures that the Oscar was for a mistake in reading the award from Jack Palance .

It is true that in La Tercera that day, José Luis Garci commented: "Dear Enrique Herreros, have seen that Marisa Tomei, besides you and me, many people voted." But the fact is that, before the ceremony, except the Spanish director and producer and contributor to ABC, did not look like someone gave a hard actress 29 years, especially if we consider that its competitors were nothing less than Judy Davis , nominated for "Husbands and Wives" Woody Allen, Joan Plowright , who had received the Golden Globe for his performance in "enchanted April"; Vanessa Redgrave , who added his sixth nomination to "Howards End" and Miranda Richardson , who came to "wound" Louis Malle's film.

Marisa Tomei had sneaked almost as an anecdote in the nominations. And not because his performance or -directed film by Jonathan Lynn and starring Joe Pesci - were bad, but because it was unusual that a relatively simple role in a light comedy barriera other dramatic roles played by actresses weight. So doubly strange that our hero out winner. There was no more to see the image of Gene Hackman , who gasped and petrified, as they picked up the cameras.

Jack Palance, the protagonist

The true origin of the legend was not, however, the actress, but in charge of delivering the Oscar, Jack Palance. The man icy stare and eternal villain had won last year's prize for best actor for " City Slickers ."

His former problems with alcohol did not help. The gossips claimed that Palance was drunk and was an act of bravado. Other versions argued that opened the envelope of the nominees and gave the first name. Some blame the alderman of the gala leisurely leave the monitor with the name Tomei, while others believe it was an act of patriotism, being the only American actress nominated in that category. But one of the most bizarre hypothesis is that the actor has had bet with some friends that would give the statuette to whoever wanted and not really chosen. The fact is that even she was expecting. It got so nervous I stumbled up on stage, stepping on her dress from Chanel.

Legend has it that the Academy did not dare to discredit a figure like Jack Palance and wrest Tomei Oscar for fear of ridicule. Criticism of the actor disfigured face for boxing and an air accident at the outbreak of the bomber that flew during World War II , did not wait. Literally he was crushed, even though the official version claimed that if Palance had been wrong, notaries located in the room would quickly come to correct the error.

The actor died on November 10, 2006, at age 87, taking the secret to the grave that Hollywood has never fully clarified. Legend pursued Marisa Tomei, who has again won the Oscar.

The Olsen twins reveal why they have not returned to the spin-off of "Full House"

Many fans would have been satisfied with the appearance of only one Olsen twin, but even could be. Neither Mary-Kate Olsen and her sister Ashley have accepted the invitation to participate in the spin-off of "Full House" which airs on Netflix.

Therefore, "Mothers Forced" will develop normally, but without the sisters. In an interview with MovieWeb, Bob Boyett has revealed the reasons that gave the Olsen to reject the project.

"Ashley told me: 'I have not been in front of a camera since tennía 17 years and I do not feel comfortable acting '. On the other hand, Mary-Kate claimed: ' It should be should be because Ash does not want to, but right now is very bad to us both, "recounts executive producer.

Not only Boyett has spoken about it . Dave Coulier, who will play Uncle Joey, expressed his full solidarity with the propertied actresses. "They are family members, but I think we have a different perspective . They do not keep such a good memory of the series like us because then were babies and They not remember anything. I understand that they do not feel the same as others ", he stated the actor.

The decision did not surprise Mothers Forced team. While it was definite that DJ (Candace Cameron Bure) and Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) would return to San Francisco, the presence of Michelle Tanner was not confirmed. Still, fans who wish may rencontrarse with (what remains of) the Tanner family in the early hours of Friday, February 26 only on Netflix.

Top 10 histories from the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress

For many performers, winning an Oscar means the direct leap to stardom, a recognition that should mark a before and after in their lives. And while it is what happens in most cases, there is an urban legend that relates the statuette for best supporting actress with an eternal jinx. Known as the "Oscar Jinx", this curse has fallen on several performers who have seen their careers plummeted after winning the Oscar in that category.

10. Octavia Spencer for The Help (2011): Finally we Octavia Spencer, the last actress to join the list of performers for the secondary damned Oscar. After working in endless series like The X-Files, ER and CSI, among others, she won the statuette in 2012 for her poignant and playful performance in The Help. Despite the success of the film, Spencer tried to stay in the world of cinema with supporting roles in films like Fruitvale Station and Snowpiercer, but eventually had to return to his television roots.

9. Melissa Leo for The Fighter (2010): A Melissa Leo happens just like Marisa Tomei. A talented actress who does not enjoy the recognition it deserves. After more than thirty years in the industry, he won the Oscar for best supporting actress for her wonderful interpretation of suffering mother and calculator on The Fighter (2010). But the curse is also primed with it despite having participated in acclaimed productions such as Mildred Pierce or prisoners ... but always as secondary.

8. Anna Paquin for The Piano (1993): He was only 11 when she made her film debut winning the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for The Piano. And although his magnificent performance should have served to gain a foothold in the industry, the fact is that we did not hear about it until seven years later when he gave life to Rogue in X-Men. Over the years I continue to work in the shadow of other actors in supporting roles until HBO gave him a chance in television as the star of True Blood. And it is that even Bryan Singer eliminated its cameo in X-Men: Days of Future Past the final footage angering fans

7. Marisa Tomei for My Cousin Vinny (1992): Marisa Tomei is a clear example of a talented actress repressed. A performer who proved himself to be a novice in the world of cinema when he won the Oscar for My Cousin Vinny. But despite its success, this award remains of the most criticized in the history of the Oscars because many critics say did not deserve it (it was nominated with other great performances of Vanessa Redgrave, Judy Davis and Miranda Richardson). Unlike other actors who are opening the doors of success after winning an Oscar, Tomei was quickly relegated to supporting roles settling despite picking up two Oscar nominations.

But earlier this month the magazine took what is perhaps his most controversial decision so far, it aims to get rid of the naked and reinvent itself as a lifestyle magazine for men.

On February 12, the star of the networks Sarah McDaniel (bottom picture) became the first model on the cover of Playboy does not appear nude.

In fact, the original idea was not Hefner, the chief editor of the magazine. However, he agreed with the decision to change forever the style of Playboy.

Many wonder if the new style to take the magazine, leaving behind bare, will be the end of his years of controversy.

The controversial cover

Sara was very happy to be the first star that was not naked in Playboy, but has admitted he would have considered appearing naked if it was necessary. However, one of the biggest controversies of the cover is related to another star that would not even appear on the front page of the magazine.

Jessica Alba was asked the proposition. The actress was chosen for publication sexy star of the year in its edition of March 2006 (in the picture above). However, Alba did not like the idea of appearing on the cover of the magazine, so Playboy used a publicity photo from the film Into the Blue in which the actress appears in a bikini.

The actress did not like the surprise. He published a statement in which he revealed that Playboy "violated my personal rights" and "has blatantly misled the public" into thinking that she had consented to appear on the cover.

The actress was so angry that he filed a lawsuit against Playboy alleging that the publication had "seriously damaged" reputation. Hefner relaxed somewhat delicate situation donating money to two charities, Keep A Child Alive and Until There's A Cure .

In October 1971, Darine Stern, became the first African American woman on the cover of the magazine, which was considered controversial by some, even though it had been eight years since Martin Luther King Jr. offered his speech "I have a dream" which called for an end to racism in America.

A new controversy erupted in 2012 when the news that Bollywood star, Sherlyn Chopra, became the first Indian woman to appear on the cover of the magazine and would undress in their inside pages are known. The news was not well accepted in India, where the publication is prohibited due to strict national standards of decency issues.

Soon after, the feminist comics fans were up in arms because of the cover of the February 2008 in which she appeared Tiffany Fallon painted like Wonder Woman. Many thought that picture of heroin would damage its image in young women.

Interview with Jimmy Carter

Playboy has also been embroiled in controversies related to politics. In 1976, then-candidate for president of the United States, Jimmy Carter, granted an interview to the magazine by freelance journalist Robert Scheer. It confessed that he had "looked at many women with lust" and had "been unfaithful many times in my heart."

However, the honest review of Carter was not well received among American voters.
