The end of the second season of Outlander will last 90 minutes

Outlander  continues to give more joy to their fans, this time anucio the end of the second will be longer.
It will be on Saturday July 9, when  Starz  show the last episode of the second season of current  Outlander , which will have a special last 90 minutes.
The episode will serve to begin to "lay the groundwork" for the next season because in that extra footage, it will look like the plot travels to the future to introduce two new characters, the daughter of  Claire Brianna (played by Sophie Skelton ) and son Reverend foster  Wakefield Wakefield Roger (played by Richard Rankin)  and thus can also link to the book on which it is based.
According to the official description of the end of the season, let's jump forward to 1968 when  Claire  visit Scotland accompanied by her 20 year old daughter, Brianna.There they meet a  Roger  adult, the child who has seen prowling the house of Reverend Wakefield  in the 1940s  Claire  visit to  Lallybroch and Culloden Moor  to make peace with the past, while  Brianna and Roger  investigate family history Randall .
Claire  finally reveals the truth to  Brianna  about her journey in time through the stones, his life in 1700 in  Scotland , and the true origin of  Brianna . The story is interspersed with another new in the 18th century, which happens on the day of the Battle of  Culloden . When the last attempt to  Jamie  to dissuade Prince fails, he and  Claire  arrive at a dangerous plan that  Dougal  listening, prompting him to a murderous rage.  Jamie  has to do everything possible to save those he loves, even if it means saying goodbye to some, or all of them.
In the book  "Dragonfly in Amber"  in the second season is based, the trip  Claire and Brianna  to  Scotland  is used as a framing device to tell the story of the Jacobite Uprising. In the series, however, we are told the story of  Claire and Jamie  and his experience in  France  in a simpler way, therefore, delay the introduction of  Brianna.
