Tobias Menzies, qualifies ranked 31st among the best villains

The magazine  Rolling Stone called Tobias Menzies  ( Black Jack Randall) the villain  Outlander as one of the best villains of television.

Racist, rapist, murderer, colonialist, a non - out of the closet case or to himself , many actors lead to this sadistic British army officer to a remarkable place, and the drama of STARZ practically demands it . 

 

 But Tobias Menzies achieved something very special with Black Jack Randall, frowning and snarling at each scene, like a man unable to experience any pleasure, except at the expense of others.  

 

While sexual sadists as Ramsay Bolton (Game of Thrones, in which Menzies had a brief appearance as Edmure Tully's uncle Robb Stark) delight of his wickedness, Black Jack shows hideously that his perversity does not provide any satisfaction.
