Surprise ending of the fifth season of Once Upon a Time

The last episode of  Once Upon a Time  corresponding to its fifth season, had one of the most unexpected and dramatic turns for fans.

The death of one of the most beloved characters left more than a surprised follower, and indeed the actor who plays the character said he did not expect was to reach the final,

I Sean Maguire,  actor who has portrayed the character of  Robin Hood,  left the series  ABC.  In the episode last Sunday May 8,  Robin  died while trying to save his beloved "  Regina (Lana Parrilla)  of the supreme being of the  Underworld (Greg Germann)  so that in an interview to  TV Line, Maguire  admits that a good surprise when he read the script he would die.

"I was a little surprised, to be honest," he explains, "I did not expect as due to what writers had written before, the fans and myself, somehow thought there would be other lot for Robin. But I've always said that my work as an actor writing serve above all. The creators of the Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis series obviously have a plan for your show, and this is part of it. Obviously I was disappointed to say goodbye to my castmates, because we have joined in a way that does not happen very often in a TV show, but I was very disappointed by the fan. I think most of them believe that Robin and Regina were supposed to end up together, I would hope and a happy ending. But it seems that the story takes a different turn. "

Maguire  also his farewell to speak  Lana Parrilla  who plays  Regina,  with which claims to have a great connection. "I was upset and surprised and shocked .... We have a great relationship and a great partnership, and we have good chemistry. I remember ended ITV drama Scott & Bailey and say goodbye to the cast and think, "I'm sad to leave this , " but then enter the cast of Once Upon a Time. It will be interesting to see what adventures happen now.

For now it is all we have seen  Robin,  sadly, although  Maguire  does not rule out return to the series if requested at any time: " I do not know .... I have been asked to return to the shows where I've been before and I've never done, because I tend to feel that once I've played a character, is already finished. But you never know. I never say no, but for the moment I am looking forward to a new challenge and a new chapter. We'll see!"
