Spielberg convinces Harrison Ford for another Indiana Jones

It was an open secret, but fans need official confirmation to unleash their joy.And today, finally it has arrived. Disney has announced that Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford reissued his fruitful partnership to concoct a new installment of Indiana Jones. It will be the fifth time that viewers can recreate with the wanderings of the professor of archeology that takes time, between classes, to address the myriad dangers that come his way in his travels in search of some of the objects that they have marked the evolution of humanity.

Of course, we should expect. On July 19, 2019 is the date set by the company of Mickey Mouse for the landing of a tape on next be spoken for months, but with increasing intensity in recent weeks. The study stresses that will be "the fifth epic adventure in this series of blockbusters". Nothing new under the sun. And emphasizes that tutelará Spielberg once again the veteran actor in one of his most incónicos roles, next to Han Solo in 'Star Wars' or Rick Deckard in Blade Runner (Ridley Scott, 1982). Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall will be responsible for producing the film, reprising the role they assumed in the past.

"Indiana Jones is one of the greatest heroes in film history, and we can not wait to bring it back to the screen in 2019 , " said Alan Horn, president of The Walt Disney Studios, said in the statement both craved time. "It 's rare to have such a perfect combination of a director, producer, actor and role, and we could not be more excited to embark on this adventure with Harrison and Steven , " he added.

A legendary character

It is easy to understand why the bet. The four installments of Indiana Jones have amassed about two billion dollars worldwide. A mine whose exploitation began back in 1981 with "Raiders of the Lost Ark ', a film in which Dr. Jones had to deal with the most ruthless henchmen of the Third Reich in its struggle to gain Medallion Ra, an Egyptian artifact which could lead to the very Ark of the Covenant. Four perm Oscar initialed the quality of a feature film screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan whose business credentials were amply proven by the 384 million raised globally.

In that movie would happen three years later, 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, "which moved the teacher to a remote village in India to run into the sect of the Thugs, in whose hands has fallen a gifted stone of extraordinary powers .He was somewhat below its predecessor at the box office ($ 333 million) and had to settle for a single statuette for best visual effects.

And in 1989 he landed in theaters 'Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade', the most successful ($ 474 million) of what was then a trilogy that had revitalized the adventure genre.

Until 2008 Spielberg persuaded Ford to take back the whip. Times had changed. And the pillars of the project, too. The actor had by then 66 years. He had long gray hair combed. And there were many who expressed their disbelief at the fact that kept the embattled character of yesteryear. The budget for 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull ' had nothing to do with that of the past. And the protagonist was added veteran who in those years was the 'fashion guy' in Hollywood, Shia LaBeouf. Homesickness and also the curiosity to see if Ford was up to the challenge, served producers to recover more than the investment, though some cast them into lack new ideas and blame the people studies his obsession republish old hits past.

The same people who take the floor again, confirmed in their convictions now that Harrison Ford walks over 74 years. Of course if you have green again laurels again in the skin of Han Solo in 'Star Wars: The Awakening of the Force' who dares to question that will triumph again as Indiana Jones? The question will have a full answer in July 2019.
