Prince George seems happy to appear for the first time on a postage stamp Royal Mail. In fact, it looks radiant as she poses among the four generations of the House of Windsor.
The small just two years wearing a white shirt with blue trim Rachel Riley and appears posing on blocks of foam. Beside him, his father William shakes his hand to make sure it will not fall.
The future king looks very comfortable in this photo, in which she posed standing next to the Queen and Prince Charles. The moment was captured by photographer Ronald McKechnie at Buckingham Palace in the summer of 2015.
The family photograph was used to make a statement with perforations around the faces of the four royals to first class stamps.
For technical reasons, Mackechnie had to ensure that all the faces of the members of the royal family were more or less at the same height, but George was too low, even though all his family were sitting.
Therefore it came up with an ingenious solution: he used four blocks of high density foam, the stacked and tied with a ribbon.
Portraits: the faces of the members of the royal family will be included in a new collection of stamps (PA)
After knowing the approximate measures George, the photographer and his team spent two and half days doing test photo sessions with blocks, which were already part of their working tools, before making the final photo session.
Mackechnie, 55, said the royal family looked "incredibly relaxed" and added that George transmitted a joy and great energy.
He confessed: "It was amazing that I propose to be the photographer of these seals as it was four generations of the royal family. When I was asked, I was really touched, but I had to keep it secret for 18 months. "
"It was a session very relaxed and fun photos. They were comfortable and behaved like any other family, talking and telling jokes. It was much more comfortable to do photo shoots with my family. "
"The joy and energy that George transmitted were fantastic. He kept up the blocks throughout the photo session, which lasted the whole afternoon. "
"He was very lively and was fascinated by the lights. He took it calmly. "
