Elizabeth II turns 90 God save the Queen!

Elizabeth II celebrates his 90th birthday this April 21, 64 of them with the crown in tow. It does so in good health, the most regal of all queens, keeping his own style without thinking about retirement. We review your life in pictures from childhood to the present time.

Elizabeth II was not destined to be queen, but abatar of fate became sovereign of the United Kingdom and sixteen sovereign states known as the Realms of the Commonwealth of Nations. He came to the throne by abdication of his uncle Edward VIII for the sake of the American Wallis Simpson, which made his father monarch and her heir. Queen since 6 February 1952 (64), and counting because not think 'retire'. In, 1940, this image we see making their first radio broadcast to the British Empire.
