Oscar winners Matt Damon and Ben Affleck announced that they partnered with Verizon, Adaptive Studios and Pilgrim Media Group to create the reality titled "The Runner", which have apparently worked for 16 years.
The actors will be reality producers and executives will be available only for the Verizon go90 application. As they advanced, the program will be a person of interest, called "The Runner," which will cross the United States in 30 days without being recognized or trapped, following an itinerary and arriving at certain checkpoints.
Meanwhile a group of eight people, called "Chasers" must locate the "The Runner" and capture it. The prize for the winner will be one million dollars. As reported by Deadline, the program had been sold to ABC in 2000.
