Chris Martin talked about his divorce with Gwyneth Paltrow

Coldplay frontman spoke for the first time of his divorce with actress Gwyneth Paltrow in 2014.

Speaking to  The Sunday Times Magazine  has admitted that the break after nearly ten years of marriage was strange. " People always talk about it in the media, but I had a very good separation process. I've lived a lot since then.  It's a divorce, but a strange one . "
Chris Martin also admitted that shortly after the separation decided to focus on his family rather than blame. "You can tomártelo the tremendous and blame and blame or you can lock yourself in the garage and talk and talk, break it all into small pieces, clean them and put together again," said the singer.
Moreover Chris Martin also confessed that reading helped him to overcome in these hard times. Specifically he mentioned the work of the Persian poet Rumi "The guest house" and the autobiographical book Auschwitz survivor, Victor Frankl, "Man's Search for Meaning". "Rumi's poem changes everything. He says that even when you're not happy, is good for you. I thought how it could be, it cost me almost a year to overcome. I still awake many crestfallen days but now I feel I have the tools to overcome it, " admitted the voice of Coldplay.
Meanwhile, Gwyneth Paltrow recently described his ex as 'a brother' and said he maintained a close relationship. "Although we're not in a romantic relationship, we are a real family and we like to do things to strengthen it, for our children and for ourselves." "The break was a very intense period for our family. The emotions were very deep and invaded everything. I just try to keep myself together best, "he added the actress.
The couple shares two children of his nearly ten years of marriage, his daughter 15 years Apple and son Moses, 9.
