Robert Kirkman talks about the "new world" is coming to The Walking Dead

The second half of the sixth season of  The Walking Dead  opens on February 14,  Robert Kirkman  gave some hints of what is to come.
If we remember the end of the first part of the sixth season,  Rick and his men tried to rush undead, and that is precisely what we will see in the first episode of the second half in which "Alexandria  was invaded by full, "says  Kirkman EW.

"Rick and the kids are covered with guts trying to break through the crowd of zombies. And things get worse from there, "says the producer.
Kirkman  says that after overcoming this obstacle "We will see again the plans of reconstruction of Alexandria".
"It has become clear that some people do not want to leave Alexandria . And there will be some bumps along the way, but it will happen something special there. In fact, now they have a chance to survive and create a safe place. This is not jail. This is something different. A new world. And from there will be other things that expand their world in new and frightening ways. "
It is rumoured that the series will feature an action expanded beyond  Alexandria  in the next instalment of episodes. In fact in the promotional she mentions that "larger world" referred also to the volume name 16 of the comic in the series, which coincides with the time that is now the series is based  Alexandria  to rebuild, but also with the introduction of new characters like  Paul Monroe (who will give life to the series Tom Payne) , and plot on the Hilltop neighbourhood it appears to be safer than the known so far ...
