The showrunner of The Walking Dead talk about the new villain of the sixth season

Scott M. Gimple,  showrunner of The Walking Dead talk about the next villain series  AMC  will receive at the end of its sixth season and it seems that their statements may surprise more than one.
Gimple  talk to TV Line to explain his vision of the new character who will know next year  Negan  (played by  Jeffrey Dean Morgan)  and contrary to what you might think (for comics) has made clear it is not a psychopath. Moreover, to our surprise says  Governor (David Morrissey)  is much worse.
"In my view, the Governor is more despicable and dangerous" said Gimple adding'' Negan is frightening, but not a psychopath, is charismatic and funny " and that " kills alone and do not mind ".
"He is the star of his own film (...) He is not crazy, but you can not reason with him because he has everything planned. He knows exactly how the world works so is he who has the control. Negan also has a strange sense of empathy. In reality, recognise your bad luck if you come across it, but it does not change anything" explained the executive producer.
"Robert (Kirkman) has created one of the great figures of pop culture over the last 20 years and want desperately to have it (in the series) now" said Gimple but we must remember that we will not see him until the end of the sixth season because you will have more weight in the seventh.
For fans who believe that Negan will be quite different from the comics as explained, the fact is that it is not at all when you consider its capacity and safety leader. In fact when he kills it is when he pulls her wild side, which is also expected to see in the series.
