The chain NBC confirmed the rumors about his intention to make a remake of the series Xena: Warrior Princess which starred Lucy Lawless .
The very Lawless stated in recent weeks that he would love to see the back of Xena and now NBC president Robert Greenblatt confirmed already started working on the series.
"Yes, we are in the early stages of developing a new take on Xena, we are looking for a writer. We want to do. " Greenblatt statements according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Greenblatt assert that the seventh season of Xena arises only as a continuation of the original series, although planning is still in the early stages.
