Morgan Freeman appalled by the murder of his granddaughter

Through a statement, Morgan Freeman  deplored the tragic death  of her granddaughter, who  was found stabbed last Sunday in New York .

"The world will never know his talent. His family and friends were very fortunate to know how much worth as a person. His star will shine in our hearts, thoughts and prayers . Rest in peace, " said the award-winning actor.

Later, Freeman thanked through Facebook, everyone's support.
"I want to acknowledge the great support and love that my family has received in relation to the tragic and senseless death of my granddaughter Hines Edena. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, " he wrote the actor of 77 years.

Hines, 33, was found Sunday morning in front of his home in Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York, with puncture wounds in the torso. Immediately, she was taken by the authorities to a Harlem hospital where he died hours after being admitted. 

The officers reported having custody Lamar Davenport  30 years - supposed Hines - ex boyfriend who was present at the scene. Although not yet filed charges against him, local media reported being subjected to psychological tests.

George Hudacko witness who called 911, told the New York Post that Davenport yelled "Get out demons! I cast them, in the name of Jesus! " while stabbed the victim.

"She was making much noise , shouting, "said Hudacko, adding:" I called 911. I begged to come. "
The young 33 year old granddaughter was Jeanette Adair Bradshaw , the first wife of Freeman. The actor left her in 1979 after 12 years of marriage.
