Hilary Swank agrees with his Colombian boyfriend

Hilary Swank announced her engagement to her boyfriend Colombian Ruben Torres.

The Oscar-winning actress two announced Tuesday their commitment to Instagram. Swank wrote that Torres, born in Cali, Colombia, proposed to her during a walk and published a photograph of both smiling and embracing.

Swank won the Academy Award for Best Actress for "Boys Do not Cry" and "Million Dollar Baby". 41 year old actress  was previously married to actor Chad Lowe.

Torres, 35, studied at the University of Southern California and was a professional tennis player until 2008. He currently serves as a financial advisor.

Despite their differences, the couple has a friendship for their children and share their daily lives with kindness and respect.

Amaury Nolasco  return to the series that gave him his big break in Hollywood, Prison Break .
